I'm glad that you are researching into information about the companies that you intend to invest in. That's really a good start for a beginner because you are backing up your investment decision with rational analysis of data before you feel good about your investment.

Wilvan, this is your first lesson. Actually, you don't really need a live information about PE ratios, and Earnings per Share. However, you do need to get this information to roughly assess the intrinsic value of the company. Here is the definition of P/E Ratio.

P/E Ratio is calculated by dividing the market price of common stock by its annual earnings per share. Price-to-Earnings is a key ratio used to determine how the market is pricing a company’s common stock. A stock with a low P/E Ratio is often seen as a better value than one with a higher P/E.

And the formula for computing Earning per Share is defined by :

Dividing a company’s net profit by the number of common shares outstanding. It is a gauge of a company’s performance. EPS = net profit after taxes – preferred dividends / number of common shares outstanding.

I hope this two definitions will be of help to you, Wilvan. So you don't need live information about PE ratios, and Earnings per Share but you really need live quotes of the 'Buying' & 'Selling' price of the stocks when you are trading on the internet.

The question you asked tell me that you have not open an online brokering account with a broker before. The portal that is used for trading your stocks will have all this information in the portal.
