Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over
medium-high heat until hot. Add celery and chopped
pepper; sauté until tender. Remove from heat; stir in
parsley and next 4 ingredients. Combine eggs and
mayonnaise; stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir
in celery mixture; add crabmeat, stirring gently.
Spoon into baking shells; place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
